Role Overview:

The Assistant Golf Operations Supervisor supports daily operations by ensuring smooth processes and a service-first mindset. Youll help manage team scheduling, equipment readiness, guest interactions, and event support to deliver an exceptional on-course experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Time Management: Assist with duty rosters, monitor the tee sheet, and confirm all guest touchpoints (bag drop, starter, range, closing) are staffed and ready.
• Customer Service: Welcome members and guests warmly, maintain positive body language, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Staff Supervision: Guide team members at stations, lead shift-start briefings, and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Equipment & Inventory: Check and restock carts, radios, range balls, scorecards, towels, and consumables; ensure all equipment is clean, charged, and functional.
• On-Course & Event Support: Coordinate with marshals for on-course needs; assist with leagues, tournaments, signage, draw sheets, and event liaison.
• Communication & Meetings: Share clear updates with reception, operations, and events teams; help run morning and afternoon briefings to align objectives and service targets.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in golf operations or hospitality supervision (caddies with 23 years experience are also encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with golf-fleet equipment and tee-sheet systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
