Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajman for a Key Account Sales Manager. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth. Daily responsibilities include identifying and meeting client needs, developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts and agreements, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams for seamless client support and contributing to the company's overall sales and revenue objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and developing strategic sales plans
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, contract negotiations, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the perfumes or FMCG sector is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
