What You'll Do
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the architect of our brand's digital presence, crafting a compelling narrative that positions our Scottish mineral water as the go-to choice for Dubai's elite. Your mission:
Build a World-Class Brand: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that highlights our water's purity, Scottish heritage, and sustainability, targeting affluent households, gyms, offices, and luxury hospitality venues.
Drive E-commerce Success: Optimize our subscription-based e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify/WooCommerce) for seamless user experience, high conversions, and recurring revenue. Implement SEO, CRO, and payment integrations tailored to the UAE market.
Dominate Social Media: Create captivating campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, leveraging influencer partnerships, paid ads, and organic content to build a loyal community.
Harness Data for Growth: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce dashboards to track KPIs, refine strategies, and maximize ROI.
Engage and Retain Customers: Launch email marketing, loyalty programs, and community-building initiatives to ensure subscribers stay hooked.Innovate and Experiment: Test bold ideas, from viral video content to gamified subscription models, to differentiate us in a competitive market.
Who You Are
You're a digital marketing rockstar with a proven track record of driving growth in e-commerce and social media. You thrive in high-energy startup environments and have a passion for premium brands. Specifically, you bring:
Experience: minimum 10 years in digital marketing, ideally with FMCG, beverage, or e-commerce brands in the UAE/GCC. Experience with subscription models is a plus.
Skills: Expertise in social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
Local Insight: Deep understanding of Dubai's consumer behavior, social media trends, and cultural nuances. Familiarity with UAE e-commerce tools (e.g., PayTabs, Noon Payments) is highly desirable.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage to connect with local audiences.
