About the Position:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies. This role involves driving the company's online presence and engagement through various digital platforms, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable results in alignment with business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan and create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
- SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Ensure the company's website is optimized for search engines, improving organic search rankings.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality, engaging content for the website, blogs, videos, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with broader marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze digital performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall digital marketing performance.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track and report on the ROI of digital campaigns and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience and Skills Set:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation and website management platforms.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing digital spend for maximum ROI.
