Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager / Team Leader to oversee client relationship management while guiding and mentoring a team of sales agents. The role is critical in driving sales performance, nurturing long-term client relationships, and ensuring the team meets Signature Collection Realtys high standards of professionalism and success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Ensure after-sales service, retention, and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales agents (experienced and junior).
Provide training on luxury real estate sales techniques, client handling, and negotiation.
Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Business Development
Identify new opportunities in the luxury real estate market.
Develop and implement strategies to expand Signature Collection Realtys client base.
Collaborate with marketing and HR to align recruitment and campaigns with company goals.
Operational Excellence
Ensure the team upholds professional appearance and high-end brand standards.
Handle lead distribution effectively to maximize conversions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience in Dubai real estate (luxury market experience highly desirable).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or Swedish is a plus).
