Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Sales Associate to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, promoting products, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.The role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Salary Dhs. 4,000 to 4,500 + Incentive
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote new products, special offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies.
- Support visual merchandising activities and promotional displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in fashion, furniture, home décor, electronics, luxury retail, or shopping mall environments is preferred.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
