Sales Associate - Native Arabic Speaker

Job Description

The role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Salary Dhs. 4,000 to 4,500 + Incentive

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote new products, special offers, and ongoing promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies.
• Support visual merchandising activities and promotional displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience in fashion, furniture, home décor, electronics, luxury retail, or shopping mall environments is preferred.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
