Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Executive for our Dubai office to handle back-office operations, client onboarding, CRM management, and cross-department coordination. Candidates with 1+ year of operations or client service experience in finance/forex, or fresh graduates passionate about financial markets, are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional client support via email, phone, and live chat.
- Conduct KYC and account activation procedures during the onboarding process.
- Monitor transactions, update CRM systems, and support back-office tasks on a daily basis.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain internal performance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in basic market research and competitor analysis to support business initiatives.
- Escalate unresolved issues, inefficiencies, or risks to management.
- Adhere to internal processes and comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Delivered high client satisfaction through efficient and responsive operational support.
- Ensured accurate, timely completion of daily tasks with minimal errors.
- Facilitated smooth onboarding and activation of new client accounts.
- Actively contributed to ongoing process improvements.
- You are detail-oriented and organized in everything you do.
- You have a proactive mindset and seek to resolve issues before they escalate.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and team members.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and thrive under deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the Forex or financial services sector.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and a strong interest in financial markets will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and/or trading platforms (MT4/MT5) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
