Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of employee lifecycle processes.

This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated employee records, processing payroll inputs, handling contract renewals, monitoring leaves and transfers, and providing responsive support to internal stakeholders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management
  • Maintain up-to-date employee data (personal files, contracts, visa and ID documents) in the HRIS and physical files as needed.
  • Track and document changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and departmental movements.
  • Ensure all personnel records are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Leave & Attendance Management
  • Monitor attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves, and other types of leave using the HR system.
  • Provide monthly leave reports and flag discrepancies to managers.
Payroll Support
  • Collate and verify payroll inputs such as attendance, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other allowances.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR leadership to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Contract Renewals & Expiry Management
  • Track upcoming contract renewals, probation reviews, and visa expirations.
  • Prepare extension or termination documentation and liaise with relevant departments.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with Admin, IT, and Finance teams for onboarding, exit formalities, asset tracking, and payroll.
  • Support HR initiatives such as audits, surveys, compliance checks, and reporting.
Employee Support & Query Management
  • Respond promptly to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and records.
  • Provide HR letters (salary certificate, employment letter) upon request.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day employee support services.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, preferably in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HR systems (Bayzat, Coda and others)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
