Job Summary
The Administrative / Operations Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. This role requires a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive professional with experience in the wellness, medical, or fitness industry.The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle both operational and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and close business deals; attend client meetings independently or with the manager.
- Research, identify, approach, and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, gyms, fitness studios, and related institutions.
- Plan and execute growth strategies; monitor and track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Manage daily schedules, travel arrangements, and operational tasks.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Handle general administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Actively participate and contribute to Fitvantage&aposs Think Tank Committee, providing ideas and solutions to enhance the business.
- Act as an administrative assistant to the manager, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the B2B and B2C app-based wellness industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience in the wellness, medical, or fitness industry.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent networking and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making skills.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and trustworthy character.
- Willingness to travel and a valid UAE driving license.
