Job Description
The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract Team Leader) will be responsible for leading all pre-contract commercial and cost management activities related to MEP works. The role requires strong consultancy experience, the ability to manage a team, and direct engagement with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost planning and successful tendering processes.
Key Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (MEP focus)
- At least 5 years of experience in the GCC
- Minimum 2 years in pre-contract cost consultancy
- Proven experience working with consultancies (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage pre-contract teams
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost planning, and tendering processes
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in Cost X is essential
