Summary of Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing Titan Wealth Internationals growth strategy by leading the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality financial advisers across global markets. This role is primarily focused on the sourcing, engagement, and conversion of experienced advisers who are aligned with the firms platform, proposition, and values.
In addition to adviser recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will also manage the hiring process for key strategic roles across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with Titans culture and ambitions.
This individual will act as a key point of contact for prospective advisers, guiding them through a consultative recruitment journey and partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver on defined growth targets. The role blends strategic talent sourcing, process ownership, and market insight, with a high level of visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Recruitment Leadership- Lead the design and execution of a strategic recruitment plan focused on acquiring high-performing financial advisers in the UAE, UK, Europe, and other key markets.
- Collaborate with the CRO and senior stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles, value proposition messaging, and regional hiring targets.
- Engage directly with advisers through outbound campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, and referral networks.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality adviser pipeline, actively managing progress and conversion rates through CRM platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both adviser and key business hires, including sourcing and screening. While collaborating with the HR Director and Talent Development Specialist for offer management and onboarding
- Coordinate closely with department heads and hiring managers to scope role requirements and align on hiring priorities.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Confidently communicate the Titan Wealth International platform including regulatory infrastructure, investment capabilities, technology (HubSpot, Addepar), and commercial terms.
- Act as a trusted adviser to candidates, supporting them in evaluating the potential fit and business case for joining Titan.
Onboarding and Transition Management
Work alongside the Talent Development Specialist to:
- Coordinate internal onboarding processes across compliance, licensing, operations, and HR for new advisers and key hires.
- Track AUA transition and integration milestones, ensuring high-touch support and consistent adviser engagement during the transition period.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and advisor movement patterns to inform sourcing strategy and value proposition refinement.
- Represent Titan at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to raise brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment efforts for leadership and high-impact roles outside the adviser segment as needed, working closely with the HR Director.
- Maintain structured hiring processes and documentation in line with internal governance and UAE labor law.
- Advisor-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for the advisory profession, with an understanding of adviser motivations and commercial considerations.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build credibility with experienced professionals and guide them through complex decision-making processes.
- Execution Excellence: Highly organised with strong project management skills; able to drive multiple recruitment pipelines concurrently.
- Strategic Acumen: Capable of connecting talent acquisition with broader business growth goals.
- Discretion & Integrity: Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive recruitment engagements.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred) for managing recruitment pipelines and activity reporting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools for process documentation and compliance.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills to support candidate engagement.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor regulations and international recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience hiring financial advisers or senior client-facing roles in wealth management.
- Track record of sourcing and placing high-performing professionals across international markets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exposure to or direct experience within the wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory sectors.
- Degree or Diploma level education

- Base Salary + Lucrative Performance based incentives
