• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure qualifications and compatibility.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activities and outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality or recreational industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding the best talent.
