As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a polished communicator fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong organizational skills and prior experience in real estate or a similar fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and maintain calendars
- Handle administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Support marketing and sales teams with basic coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in a receptionist or front desk role
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
