Receptionist
First impressions are everything! As a receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What you will be doing- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guestu2019s stay through up-selling
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience as receptionist for a 5 star hotel in UAE
- Being multi-lingual, i.e. Arabic, German, Russian, French languages would be a plus
- Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
