MEP Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently hiring for a MEP Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) on behalf of our client, a reputable contracting company based in Dubai.

Purpose-

You will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Oversee the full cycle of the MEP project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost controls to manage project delivery.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, local codes, and best engineering practices.
• Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage procurement of MEP equipment and materials in coordination with the procurement team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
• Monitor project financials, prepare budget forecasts, and report variances to senior management.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven track record in delivering complex MEP projects (Buildings, towers, hotels) valued at AED 30 million or above.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with local regulations, authority approvals (DEWA, ADDC, DM, etc.), and permitting processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and maintain high-performance under pressure.
