Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with key business leadership teams to develop and execute HR related business and organizational strategies.
- Provide guidance to leadership on talent management/development and succession planning.
- Drive change management projects to positively impact organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborates with other sector HR peers to share best practices, critical needs issues, and sector initiatives.
- Builds and supports an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and enables successful organizational change.
- Coaches and advises on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Focuses on operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, process excellence, and accountability.
- Partners with hiring managers in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of hourly employees; provides tools/resources to new employees on culture, company and groups.
- Coordinate and launch key talent programs, including internships, early talent strategy, and learning & development initiatives.
- Gathers, analyses, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision-making, and links HR action plans with business needs.
- Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects across MEA offices (e.g. process improvements, talent development, training deployment). Expected percentage of travel: 10-15%
What you will bring:
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in Human Resources function.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance.
- Preferred SPHR/PHR certificate.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
