Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable property investments based on their needs.
• Build and maintain strong connections with potential clients and industry professionals.
• Accurately list properties for sale, ensuring detailed descriptions and information.
• Organize property viewings and provide clients with relevant details (including taking photos during visits).
• Promptly follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Chinese, Arabic, Persian or Russian in addition to English.
• One year of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• A valid driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Applicants from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be based in Dubai and available for in-person interviews.
