Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for Senior Graphic Designer for one of the leading retail luxury groups in the UAE.

Purpose of the Role: The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of digital and offline marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver visually impactful and engaging campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading the creation and adaptation of a wide range of digital and offline marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
• Guiding and mentoring junior designers, while providing constructive feedback and creative direction to maintain quality and consistency
• Presenting creative concepts and visual ideas to internal stakeholders, including rough drafts with clear rationale
• Overseeing the implementation of designs across platforms, ensuring visual appeal, usability, and responsiveness
• Amending and optimizing designs based on feedback, testing results, and performance data
• Performing high-quality retouching and editing of images, especially for e-commerce product listings
• Designing templates for presentations and marketing materials to support internal efficiency and consistency
• Creating visually compelling banners and creatives for CRM communications, digital marketing, and social media platforms
• Translating website wireframes into engaging and user-friendly interface designs
• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrating them into the creative process
• Ensuring brand consistency and visual coherence across all customer touchpoints, both digital and offline
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, e-commerce, and product to deliver impactful visual campaigns
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards
• Performing other design-related duties as assigned by the Creative Manager or Marketing Head.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related fields
• At least 8-10 years of proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of Adobe Creative suite and familiar with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
