Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in industrial cranes and heavy equipment, leveraging technical expertise to drive sales and provide tailored solutions to our clients in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial cranes and heavy equipment sector.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits of our equipment.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their operational needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance company visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales of industrial cranes or heavy machinery equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of crane systems, heavy lifting equipment, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as required.
Salary: AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
