Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Division Head | Sales Lead. The role involves overseeing the engineering division, managing sales accounts, and driving business growth through effective account management and team leadership.Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical projects, developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior automation and electrification solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Account Management, ideally with SIEMENS low-voltage and automation portfolio
Knowledge of Honeywell automation portfolio is an additional advantage
Strong background in Sales Management, including strategy development and business growth execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team management capabilities to effectively lead and coordinate activities
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience in the industrial automation or energy management industry is preferred
Ability to work independently and remotely
