Job Overview
As a Marketing Performance Manager at Miral Destinations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Brand Performance in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital media planning, biddable/programmatic, and traditional media activations.You will work closely with the media agency to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing plans for your assigned brands and region/market, managing the rollout of marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Additionally, you will assist in A/B testing, media planning, and support the distribution of media content across various platforms.
Job Scope- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Performance to develop marketing plans and campaigns for the assigned region/market, aligning with annual marketing objectives.
- Assist in the management of marketing campaign rollouts, including both brand and tactical campaigns, ensuring adherence to quality, cost parameters, and timelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact with the media agency for campaign planning and activation and maintain daily communication with agency performance marketing teams.
- Respond to marketing briefs by creating media plans and rationales that support marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the brand and creative teams to develop assets that drive user engagement and conversions.
- Plan and execute relevant A/B testing, providing well-founded rationale, and present findings to the broader marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing strategies that drive other business goals.
- Assist in the distribution of media content on various platforms.
- Manage in-house media buying operations as needed.
- Assist on administrative tasks to comply with internal financial processes.
- Keep up to date with latest industry trend, market landscape and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, with a strong preference for candidates possessing current digital marketing certifications.
- Experience in media planning.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem (e.g.: SEM, biddable, and programmatic campaign strategies) and traditional media, media buying, and website analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter for Business, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Business Suite, Google Ads, DV360, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Detail oriented with strong project and time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
