The Business Development Coordinator will support the F&B Platform in its growth and expansion efforts.

Job Description

• Prepare business proposals and investment decks.
• Conduct high-level market research on hospitality and F&B trends to inform business decisions.
• Assist in determining emotional connection between F&B brand and property opportunities to develop the optimal brand application.
• Support the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely handover to the project team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with business development goals.
• Manage documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with external partners, including architects, designers, and consultants.

• Key point of contact for the F&B brand team based in Paris with the HQ in Dubai.
• Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and concepts throughout all existing and newly developed assets.
• Assist in creatively adapting existing brands for new markets.
• Participate in the workshops to support the development of commercial assets.

Qualifications

Internship Opportunity

We are looking for university students currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field, who are seeking a full-time internship or wishing to explore the voluntary internship program (applicable for France only).

Start date is flexible in the next 3 months, but we require a minimum commitment of 6 months.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure; strong analytical mindset; creativity; project management capabilities.
• Software: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B, hospitality, real estate, and investment trends.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
