What you'll be doing

The purpose of this role is to provide regulatory expertise and support to enable product compliance for market authorizations, customer value and competitive position. He or she will be leading the product registration team successfully to meet group objectives.

  • Ensure completion of product registration to secure market authorizations.
  • Monitor all state, customs and other applicable regulations are followed while fulfilling service requirements.
  • Build relationships with government agencies and the businesses.
  • Monitor services are executed in accordance with the processes, terms and timeframes defined by management.
  • Collate, document and distribute all technical and regulatory documentation internally and externally.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in regulations related to beauty, fashion, gifts and food products.
  • Monitor and report performance levels through KPIs.
  • Ensure business units are accurately billed as per price list for the services provided.
  • Manage database and report all required information to the management.
  • Resource management.
  • Train, guide and support team members to carry out required tasks.
  • Ensure department strength is adequately managed to meet seasonal peaks and holidays.
  • Provide feedback to team members and conduct performance appraisal review meetings.
  • Immediately report to management, investigate and correct any breach in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001), quality, health & safety and environmental procedures, company policies or security protocols.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and stakeholder management.
