Job Purpose
As an IT Operations & Support Engineer at Bespin Global, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services and support to ensure uninterrupted business operations across our corporate offices. This role involves managing infrastructure, user support, cloud-based services, and office IT systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, security, and service management.
Job Description- Manage the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, Defender, Entra Identity.
- Manage user & computer identities, roles, and permissions using Azure Active Directory
- Provide support and resolve end user email issues, access issues and other issues related to Office365 services
- Administer Microsoft Teams, ensuring proper configuration, collaboration tools, and compliance.
- Administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Intune for managing devices (Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS) and applications.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, cloud hosted solutions, and office IT infrastructure.
- Support network infrastructure, including, Wi-Fi management and firewalls (Foritinet).
- Maintain IT support tickets, document solutions, and develop guides to improve IT efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate tagging and tracking in the ITSM tool.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
- Adopt a collaborative approach to provide support for all IT and technology requests across departments, ensuring consistent and timely assistance throughout the year.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to service-level agreements, standards, and AMCs.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and meeting room systems, including providing user training and support for optimal usability.
- Understand and troubleshoot issues with Access-Control and CCTV systems, and raise issues/tickets with support vendors when required.
Job Specification
Education- Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- ITIL, AWS Certifed Practitioner or Associate are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange Online, MS Defender etf)
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 11, and Windows 365, iOS, MacOS
- Public Cloud: Knowledge of AWS,Google workspace
- Azure AD: Active Directory administration
- Up to date with modern IT trends and best practices, continuously improving systems.
- A continuous learning mindset and welcome open dialogue and feedback, fostering a culture of collaboration
