My client an international award-winning interior Design studio is seeking a driven Head of Business Development & Marketing with previous experience in a similar role for an interior design/architecture practice We want a thinker, skilled in relationship management, and experienced in undertaking developing & executing and winning new business in the region , within high end residential and hospitality projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of proven success in business development, preferably within Architecture or Interior design or relevant industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong track record of securing high-value contracts
- Extensive industry network within the Middle East, UK, Europe, and Asia, with direct connections to property developers, hotel groups, private clients, and luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of interior design, with the ability to communicate effectively with industry experts.
- Detailed knowledge of major Middle East (KSA and Dubai) developers, their teams, and strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities..
- Advanced presentation and organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with and direct others.
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign and other marketing and presentation tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language skills are a plus.
