We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for driving growth in the luxury holiday homes and real estate sectors, expanding our market presence, and forming lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the luxury real estate and holiday homes markets.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships through excellent communication and trust-building.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:- Established Network: A strong network within the luxury real estate, holiday homes, and hospitality industries.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to close deals and drive growth in the holiday homes or real estate sectors.
- Top Negotiator: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the real estate and short-term rental markets.
- Excellent Communicator: Skilled at engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus!
Salary: AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
