Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate

We are currently engaging with high-caliber investment professionals at the Associate and Senior Associate level who are interested in joining a fast-paced, entrepreneurial platform with global deal flow and meaningful local ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the deal process including sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, investment committee preparation, execution, and post-deal monitoring.
• Take ownership of financial analysis and market research, working closely with deal leads and portfolio company management.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to operational and strategic value creation initiatives.
• Support regional origination strategies and contribute to the continued growth of the firms presence in the Middle East.

Candidate Profile:

• 26 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, or investment banking.
• Solid technical and analytical skill set; strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Highly commercial, with good judgment and a proactive mindset.
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
• Based in, or open to relocating to, Dubai.
