Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Engineering Lead to oversee the design and execution of high-profile construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in civil engineering, deep knowledge of local codes and regulations, and a proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design, planning, and execution of large-scale building projects.
• Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control activities.
• Drive value engineering and technical decision-making during design phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
• 14+ years of experience in engineering and construction project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of regional building codes and development regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in government, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
