Facilities Manager - Client Side - Ras al-Khaimah

Employment: Full Time
To oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of the Facility Management Division in partnership with third-party service providers, ensuring service excellence and adherence to industry standards.
Client Details
Established Real Estate portfolio with assets across the region.
Description- Conduct regular inspections in coordination with FM Service Providers across portfolio, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
- Review and validate submitted quotes, assessing the necessity and scope of each.
- Ensure all appointed FM Service Providers adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Facilitate the timely handover of vacant units in collaboration with the Property Management division.
- Review completion reports and assess on-site performance for various projects and jobs.
- Manage renovations to align with the defined scope of work and provide progress updates on current and upcoming projects.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive FM strategy, incorporating CAPEX planning and sustainability initiatives.
- Remain available to respond to emergencies, incidents, and critical jobs as needed.
- Oversee the performance of FM Service Providers, manage KPIs, and conduct monthly performance assessments.
- Monitor fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance and procurement activities for private properties.
- Coordinate with government entities as necessary.
- Manage cost optimization across portfolio.
- Prepare and present the annual FM budget.
- Evaluate technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties, including high-rise projects.
- Proven experience in managing third-party FM service providers.
- Corporate-level project management experience is an asset.
- Membership in an internationally recognized Facilities Management body is desirable.
