Job Purpose
The NAFIS Programme is designed to equip UAE Nationals with the skills, experience, and exposure needed to succeed in the evolving private sector.
Participants will gain hands-on experience across different business areas, explore emerging technologies, and build leadership capabilities that prepare them for future career growth.
What You'll Do- Participate in a structured internship programme focused on venture building, innovation, and startup creation within a fast-paced technology environment
- Support the development and execution of new business ventures across areas such as product strategy, market research, operations, customer experience, growth, and technology
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to support early-stage initiatives and innovation projects
- Assist in validating business ideas through market analysis, competitor research, customer insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Contribute to venture planning activities including business modelling, go-to-market support, operational planning, and product experimentation
- Gain hands-on exposure to digital products, emerging technologies, customer journeys, and modern business operations
- Collaborate with founders, internal stakeholders, and innovation teams to help shape scalable products and new business opportunities
- Develop professional, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills through mentorship, structured learning, and real-world project exposure
- UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education (all majors welcome)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in startups, technology, innovation, and venture creation
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Passion for building new ideas, solving problems, and contributing to innovation-driven initiatives

Recruitment Process and Timeline
