CRM Specialist, Growth Marketing and Operations
Overview
Core42 is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across our global B2B customer base. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and Operations, this role will focus on ensuring seamless lead management, nurturing, and reporting across HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM, supporting demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer lifecycle management in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy and Execution:
- Define and execute multi-stage nurture journeys for prospects, customers, and partners across the entire lifecyclefrom onboarding to retention and expansion.
- Develop CRM strategies aligned with key funnel stages: lead nurturing, MQL to SQL progression, onboarding, product engagement, upsell/cross-sell, and churn prevention.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success to map lifecycle touchpoints and deploy timely, personalized messaging at scale.
- Own the configuration and management of HubSpot (or equivalent) to execute lifecycle email programs, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
- Build complex, multi-branch workflows for different persona segments and behavioral triggers (e.g. event registrations, content downloads, product usage).
- Continuously optimise email sequences through A/B testing, segmentation refinement, and behavioral analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing operations to align MQL, SQL, and opportunity definitions, improving handover and conversion workflows.
- Implement lead scoring models and improve lead quality through progressive profiling and intent-based engagement.
- Monitor and optimize performance across the funnel to reduce drop-off rates and improve conversion velocity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and compliance with GDPR/consent management.
- Manage database hygiene, segmentation logic, and field mapping to ensure campaigns are targeted, compliant, and effective.
- Analyse email engagement metrics, lifecycle KPIs, and revenue attribution to inform optimization strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights on lead performance, campaign ROI, and CRM engagement metrics.
- Partner with content and digital teams to align messaging across channels and ensure consistent audience experiences.
- Support event and campaign follow-ups with tailored workflows based on attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and customer success teams to surface insights and nurture customer health.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and automation platforms, including workflow development and lead scoring.
- Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize complex nurture journeys across the customer lifecycle.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate business goals into CRM strategies.
- Experience with GDPR compliance, consent management, and global email best practices.
- HubSpot and Salesforce certifications (e.g. HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Admin) are a strong plus.
