Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting To: Senior Executive / Leadership Team

Our client is a privately owned GCC-focused investment and financial services group

headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Operates across investment banking, asset management, wealth

management, and capital markets, connecting regional capital with international investment

opportunities

Overview

Seeking an experienced EA/PA to provide high-level executive support within a fast-paced,
professional environment. The role requires exceptional organization, stakeholder management,

discretion, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities.

Core Requirements

Proven 3+ years of Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience
Experience supporting C-Suite, Chairman, Founder, CEO, Managing Director, Ambassador or

equivalent

Complex calendar management
International travel coordination
Meeting and event management
Stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly confidential and professional approach
UAE experience is required
