Job Description
As an administrator at Kilonewtons, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining organization, streamlining processes, and enhancing workplace productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
- Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes (preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with ERP or office management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
