Job Description
Analyst – Quantity Surveying
Job Purpose
Provide day-to-day commercial and quantity surveying support across projects and supply chain activities. The role focuses on supporting cost planning, budgeting, estimation, and financial forecasting throughout different project phases, ensuring accurate and efficient cost control.
Key Responsibilities- Contract & Commercial Support
- Support contract administration and ensure alignment with contractual obligations
- Assist in evaluating contractor variations and claims
- Prepare cost estimates using project documentation and data
- Maintain and update cost databases to support decision-making and project prioritization
- Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate commercial and contractual risks across projects
- Support the implementation of mitigation strategies and escalate risks when required
- Contribute to ensuring project delivery aligns with safety, sustainability, and operational considerations
- Performance Reporting
- Support preparation of project progress reports covering:
- Budget performance
- Timelines
- Variations
- Compliance and KPIs
- Provide input into cost and project performance tracking
Requirements
Education- Bachelor's Degree in:
Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering Project Management or related field
Experience- 3–5 years of relevant experience
Experience in:
- Cost planning and estimation
- Contract administration and close-out
- Contractor and supplier commercial management
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred
- Cost estimation software (e.g., CostX or similar)
- MS Project
- AutoCAD
- MS Office Suite

- Contractual knowledge (FIDIC or similar is a plus)
