Marketing Executive

Job Description

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a creative and driven Marketing & PR Executive to support our marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, social media, content creation, and brand activations.

Marketing & PR Executive Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Support social media content creation, including filming, editing, and producing engaging reels and short-form content.
• Capture live content during events and create trend-led assets to maximise reach and engagement.
• Manage influencer partnerships, gifting initiatives, and related coordination.
• Assist with campaign execution, project coordination, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activities.
• Schedule and publish social media content, newsletters, and update online platforms including the website and Shorby.
• Write promotional copy, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospitality, nightlife, and lifestyle trends to identify opportunities and timely content moments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a creative, digital content, marketing, or PR role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Strong videography, photography, and mobile content creation skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut and social media content editing tools.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital trends.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver content with quick turnaround times.
• Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for food, nightlife, music, and premium hospitality experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing coordination processes.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events when required.
