Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Executive. The responsibilities include planning, negotiating, and executing media buying strategies aimed at achieving marketing objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing media strategies based on data insights, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative and digital teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, lead generation, engagement, and reach.
- Analyze advertising metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Support strategic planning for paid media growth across various industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in paid media buying, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
- Understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixels, retargeting, and analytics.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking with understanding of high-converting ad creatives and content.
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Experience working in a Marketing or PR agency is a strong advantage.
