Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director of Recruitment to lead and enhance the talent acquisition function within a leading Dubai-based conglomerate. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving recruitment strategy, partnering with business heads, and ensuring best-in-class hiring practices across the group.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic roles across various business units.
• Build and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organiSational goals.
• Partner closely with executive stakeholders and HR leadership to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
• Manage and mentor internal recruitment teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Implement data-driven recruitment practices, tools, and reporting.

• Emiratisation role applications from non-nationals will not be considered
• Minimum 810 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Proven experience working in complex, multi-industry or large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
