Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our commercial and corporate accounts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales acumen, experience in laundry, dry-cleaning, facilities management, or related service industries, and a proven ability to build long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and retail sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop business opportunities with hotels, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and facilities-related accounts by leveraging knowledge of laundry operations, service standards, and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Direct experience in laundry, dry-cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing or selling into hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or facility-based accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively pursue opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
