Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager - Marketing reporting to the Head of Marketing. The role holder will support the Head of Marketing in managing the implementation of brand and marketing strategy, plan & execute the annual marketing calendar & budgets, drive campaigns, strategic projects & content planning & execution, drive brand guardianship support based on brand objectives & guidelines to internal and external teams, manage multiple agency partners amongst others

Key Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy Campaigns:
- Planning and executing brand strategies, brand campaigns, creative strategy, 360 marketing plans, execution of creative assets.
- Drive content creation specific to the brand objectives linked to the defined audiences.
- Deliver on brand experience objectives for strategic internal events amongst key audiences and stakeholders.
- Leading the content creation of strategic brand content for social media, digital and internal channels in the form of brand films, on-going strategic brand content series like Backstage, Humans of Dubai Holding and continuously driving new ideas for brand engagement amongst its key audiences Support with new brand launches, brand identities, logos, videos, marketing campaigns, brand narratives, re-brand initiatives, project launches, corporate sponsorships, corporate events and other initiatives as required across the business.
Brand Guardianship and Management:
- Maintain and review DH Brand guidelines and standards as needed.
- Issue any updates to internal and external stakeholders in order to provide guidance on the correct implementation of brand guidelines.
- Regularly audit the image and presence of DH brand in internal and external communications to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage relationships with respective counterparts in the verticals and vendors e.g. event management companies, brand, creative, research, media, marketing agencies, and other ATL/BTL agencies for brand advice, creative steers, approvals and guardianship, input into tactical and strategic campaigns to ensure creative consistency across DH and vertical brands.
- Provide day-to-day brand support and advisory to marketing and other teams from the verticals and corporate office to review ongoing brand projects, creative designs and new initiatives as may be required Support in brand tracks and audits to measure on-going brand equity
- Regularly and systematically update brand assets with accurate naming conventions on to required asset management platforms
- Support with managing brand content and collateral, conceptualization, creation and production of marketing collateral for Dubai Holding and its projects, verticals or internal departments as and when marketing support required.
Team Management:
- Specifically, managing external agencies and brand/ graphic design support as required on an ongoing basis with accurate, written and timely briefs, verbal and written feedback and support as required to derive high quality creative results for the business.
Budgeting, Planning and Reporting:
- Budgeting: Create reporting to track budgets to ensure all projects are delivered within the required budget. Manage resources to ensure cost efficiency and competitiveness.
- Planning: Develop and issue brief templates and processes for internal and external parties. Create a year-round calendar of marketing plans and activities. Set clear goals and objectives for each project and initiative, as well as tracking of key measurements and returns across activities.
- Reporting: Share weekly status update reports noting all project updates, next steps and deadlines.
- Creating presentations, task and project lists and updates as required for reporting progress to line manager
- Tools: Management of digital asset management library tools to support tracking and re-use of creative assets like videos, images, etc
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 8-10 years in Brand Management and Marketing Management.
Education / Professional Certifications:
- Degree in marketing/communications/ related field
- Bachelor's in marketing & communications/related field
- Masters Preferred
- MBA Desired
Technical Competencies:
- Functional experience in brand management
- Planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English, Arabic an advantage
