SAP Vehicle Sales & Service Consultant

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Vehicle Sales & Service Consultant to support a leading automotive organization in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the complete vehicle sales process within SAP, from quotation to invoicing.
• Manage and maintain Vehicle Master Data, pricing, accessories, and sales bundles.
• Support after-sales service operations, including service orders, job cards, technician time entry, and billing.
• Monitor workshop scheduling, technician allocation, and capacity utilization.
• Track and manage customer complaints through to resolution.
• Provide SAP end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Assist in preparing SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams to improve business processes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with SAP Automotive workflows and Vehicle Master Data.
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales, workshop operations, service management, and warranty processes.
• Experience providing SAP functional support to business users.
• Previous experience within an automotive dealership, distributor, or automotive business environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
