Field Sales Executive Automotive Aftermarket (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

Job Description

We are a growing automotive aftermarket distribution company in Dubai, supplying premium products including PPF, window tint, car care products, and automotive materials to workshops and detailing centers across the UAE.

We're currently looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, building strong relationships with garages and detailing centers, and closing deals.

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of UAE automotive aftermarket sales experience
• Strong knowledge of garages, detailing centers, and accessory shops
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Experience handling B2B credit customers is an advantage

What the role involves:

• Developing new B2B accounts across Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Promoting high-demand product lines including PPF, tint, and car care products
• Conducting regular field visits and customer follow-ups
• Converting leads into long-term active customers
• Managing collections and maintaining customer relationships
