Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.

Promote the company's event management services, including corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and private events.

Meet potential clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with the operations and event execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
