Role Overview
Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategically minded Facilities & General Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of Wios physical workspaces and support services across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is crucial in creating a safe, efficient, and future-ready work environment that supports our agile and hybrid teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for all Wio locations (including HQ, branches, and satellite offices).
- Ensure all spaces are safe, secure, and compliant with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
- Plan and execute office fit-outs, relocations, and space optimization projects.
- Supervise reception, mailroom, transport, office supplies, pantry, and support services.
- Implement and monitor SLAs for third-party vendors and service providers.
- Maintain inventory and procurement controls for office assets, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure smooth delivery of employee-facing services in line with Wios experience standards.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to support onboarding, offboarding, and workspace planning.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and smart building practices aligned with Wios ESG goals.
- Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and vendor performance reviews.
- Develop and enforce policies and protocols for health, safety, and emergency response.
- Coordinate risk assessments and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
- 710 years of relevant experience in facilities and general services management (ideally in banking, fintech, or corporate environments).
- Proven track record managing multi-site operations and vendor networks.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and facilities compliance.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to support a hybrid, tech-enabled workplace.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
