We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer interactions, accurate order processing, and efficient sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data management.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, or similar platforms.
- Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel, including Pivot tables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, or similar).
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Excellent command of the English language.
