Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist with system updates, backups, and security measures.
- Respond to IT support requests from employees and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Support other IT-related tasks as needed.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience: Fresh Graduates (No prior experience required)/ Nationals required.
