About the Role
We're looking for a creative and customer-focused individual who enjoys connecting with people and transforming every interaction into a memorable experience. In this dual role, you'll blend your sales skills with a passion for customer support, playing a key role in assisting customers and contributing to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients in our studio, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product guidance and support.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through the sales process while identifying upselling opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the team to refine customer service strategies and improve user experiences
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance sales and overall customer experience
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in interiors, furniture, and design
- An organized, kind individual who’s eager to grow and learn
- Basic knowledge of email platforms and Microsoft Word/Excel—or a willingness to learn
- A positive attitude with strong English communication skills
- Female candidates are preferred
- Previous experience in interiors or customer service is a bonus, but not essential—we value passion and personality above all
Salary: AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
About the Company
The Loom Collection is a modern furniture and home décor online store, a family owned retail business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
On the 14th of February 2019 we opened our online business as a statement of going against the uniform of home décor that was existent in Dubai and the UAE at the time.
We wanted your house and ours to be different from our neighbor's house, we longed for modern, urban looks for small sized apartments as well as penthouses and large villas, all made with excellent quality materials, designer looks without the price tags.
In January 2021 we opened the doors to our very own studio in Dubai Investment Park to better serve our clients and to give them the possibility to touch and see the furniture before purchasing.
With inspiration mostly drawn from Australian and Scandinavian designers, The Loom Collection offers meticulously curated furniture and home décor from sofas to rugs, coffee tables and home décor. Our focus will stay mainly on style, comfort and quality craftsmanship however, our efforts are driven by ensuring that we can bring these to you at an affordable price.
