Join their dynamic team in Dubai as a Sales Executive specializing in Hair Transplants. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving medical aesthetics practice focused on cutting-edge hair restoration solutions. You'll be the face of their brand, driving patient engagement and growth while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote hair transplant services.
- Engage prospective patients through consultations, providing detailed information about procedures, benefits, and aftercare.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the medical team to stay informed about latest treatments and innovations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and patient interactions using CRM systems.
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within medical aesthetics, hair transplants, dental, or plastic surgery sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
- Highly motivated, confident, and adaptable to a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Additional benefits: Substantial commission, healthcare, visa and air ticket after 12 months
