Application Engineer – HVAC (Applied Products)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Role
We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our Sales team. The role is responsible for handling technical inquiries from consultants, MEP contractors, and end users for HVAC/R applied products such as chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, and packaged units.The position plays a key role in providing optimized product selections as per project specifications and supporting our customers across the Middle East to enhance company performance and market share.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to Sales Engineers and Regional Sales Managers on applied HVAC products.
- Prepare accurate and timely submittals, quotations, selections, and technical data.
- Review and process orders without errors or modifications.
- Support in preparing CRFs for special jobs and ensure quotations are properly executed.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external dealers to drive customer satisfaction.
- Undertake any additional sales-related activities as assigned by management.
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC/Air Conditioning industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong application knowledge of chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, and packaged units.
