ART Ambulance Services L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and experienced Operational Manager to support our CEO in running and expanding our ambulance and prehospital care operations in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership position with full operational responsibility, managing a growing local team and ensuring high-quality services across event support and patient transportation.
You will oversee a team of small team of key players and take ownership of team deployment, coordination on-site at events, and the day-to-day running of operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional with leadership aspirations who is ready to take on an international challenge in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Core Responsibilities- Lead and manage the daily operations, including dispatch coordination, staff management, patient transport, medical standby services, and quality assurance.
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients including hospitals, event organizers, and corporate partners.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule local team members, ensuring team cohesion and performance.
- Maintain compliance with UAE health regulations and international best practices.
- Represent ART Ambulance Services on-site at major events and during critical operations.
- Assist with business development efforts by building strong relationships with stakeholders in the UAE.

Minimum Requirements- Medical knowledge at the level of a Bachelors-trained nurse or equivalent experience in prehospital/emergency care.
- Previous experience managing teams or leading operations in a healthcare or EMS setting.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving, planning, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai for at least one year (longer-term commitment is strongly preferred).
- Comfortable operating independently while closely collaborating with the CEO.
- At least 2 years in an operational leadership role within healthcare, EMS, or logistics.
- Formal medical qualifications or registrations (e.g., Registered Nurse, Paramedic, etc.).
- Experience working at or managing medical events, field operations, or transport services.
- Familiarity with multicultural teams and international workplace dynamics.
- Strong organizational mindset and ability to lead under pressure.
