is seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead growth initiatives across the UAE and Middle East. This high-impact role focuses on expanding our presence in key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Renewables, Civil, Power, and Infrastructure.
Your Role at a Glance
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. You’ll collaborate with regional and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional business development activities to meet growth targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPCs, operators, and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, commercially sound proposals.
- Represent Fulkrum at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Provide regular updates to leadership on client and project developments.
- Support expansion into new markets and sectors.
- Contribute to the development of regional business plans.
- Ensure alignment with global project tracking and execution.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel across the Middle East region is expected to support client engagement and business development.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the oil & gas industry (inspection, expediting, vendor surveillance, or QA/QC services preferred).
- Strong network of contacts within EPCs, operators, and service providers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
